Our back end database is not only full of quality product with a secure check-out facility but works out your carriage charges accurately. Also we pride ourselves on the fact that items shown are, on 98% of occassions, either in stock or deliverable from our suppliers within 48 hours.

In the event of this system falling down we will contact you, usually within 24 hours of you placing your order. 

So all you have to do is decide which of the top quality branded sports products you wish to purchase from us and have delivered to your front door within a few days.

About Us
Cycle Shopping is presented by LPS Marketing.  The objective is to bring you branded, technical sports clothing and accessories of the highest quality but to lose the premium price tag that often goes with the brand name.

You may have followed a link to Last Year's Kit, this was a former name for the site but we thought the name too negative and also didn't represent the stock shown which now includes current season at discounted prices.

Automatic Discounting
Spend £50.00 and you'll find that the software automatically awards you a 5% discount off any price. Place an order for £100.00 and you get a 10% discount.

This means that if you purchase a £125.00 cycle jacket, you automatically get a 10% discount in addition to any discount already given. Also, as already indicated, you don't need to do anything, the software awards the discount automatically for you!

How to Order
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Any product you wish to purchase, just click on the "Add to Basket" to put them into your shopping cart. The shopping cart uses "cookies" so please ensure that cookies are enabled on your computer. After you have finished all your selections, click on the 'Checkout' link and you will be taken to a check out area where you will be asked for your delivery and card details.

To accept and tranmit your card details we use a Shared SSL, you will see the change of screen and the appearance of the gold padlock. This way you are assured your card details are secure in transmission.

We accept most credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card details via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet, see below.

Alternative method of Purchase
All products in the website can be purchased by Mail Order.  Simply phone us on 01908 613263, and ask to place an order with Cycle Shopping.  Your goods will then be delivered as per our normal policy and your card details processed.

Delivery of your order
The products shown usually reflects actual stock held by us. Most items therefore will be delivered in Mainland UK within 2-3 days.

Some products have to be ordered from suppliers and a further 2-3 days needs to be added to delivery times. Most orders should therefore be delivered within 7 days.

Any likely delay above this period and you will be notified by e-mail, so please ensure you supply your correct e-mail address.

Airmail to Europe should reach you within 7-8 working days and to the rest of the world in 10-12 working days. ALL oversea's orders are sent 'International Signed For' which costs £3.50 + normal airmail, this charge is added at the checkout.

Product descriptions
We make every attempt to describe products accurately and to ensure accuracy of the descriptions provided to us. Most descriptions are taken from the manufacturers/suppliers own literature, or their web sites.

Our prices are based around RRP's as provided by manufacturers/suppliers. Where a products' price is shown as WAS/WERE - NOW this relates to the previous RRP, or the previous price of the item as displayed for at least 28 days. We make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of all prices shown.

Where prices are shown as "Our Price", there is no RRP provided by the supplier but this will always mean a very competitive price.

Returns Policy
A 7 (seven) day 'cooling off' period applies to all items ordered on-line. Within this period, if we have delivered the correct item but for any reason it is not what you wanted, you can return it, suitable for resale with all its original packaging and labels intact, for a full refund excluding carriage charges. 

If we delivered the correct item carriage free and you return it for a refund, a charge of £3.00 is deducted from the refund to cover postage charges. Exceptions will be small or large items which will be charged at cost.

If we have delivered the incorrect item, you can again return it as stipulated above, but for a full refund including original postage.
If items are returned outside of the 'cooling off' period, a credit may be issed to the value of the original purchase, less postage if applicable.

Damaged items can be returned for a full refund and exchange but please contact us first on 01908 613263 so that we may be able to help verify the item is actually damaged or un useable. For many items a further postal charge of £3.00 is applied to exchanges. Exceptions are very small or large items.
